Issuing an occupancy certificate
  1. Login to Balady portal through Single Sign-On (Absher).
  2. Determine the type of owner and applicant.
  3. Choose the building permit for which you want to issue a certificate of occupancy.
  4. Choosing an engineering office.
  5. Send the request to the engineering office.
  6. The engineering office completes the data and prepares the report.
  7. The Secretariat approves the certificate.
  8. A payment invoice number is issued.
  9. After paying the fees, a certificate of occupancy is issued and can be printed.
  • Contracting with an engineering office for non-residential buildings.
  • Pay the service fee.
  • Having a building permit.
